Over the last eight years I have had five different vehicles serviced by Robert and prior with his father tom. It is an inconvenience but I would never go any other place. Unlike most mechanics who charge simply for their knowledge and to make a quick buck for a simple job, Robert took the time to explain the situation to me and he gave me the means and the knowledge to complete the job myself. I was recommended to Tom's Auto Clinic after multiple mechanics (including the Nissan dealership) could not diagnose the issue(s) with my 2015 Altima. It felt like I was being given the runaround by everyone, and as a last resort, I drove as fast as I could to Shelbyville to the shop - 40mph on the highway from northern Indianapolis. Robert assisted me first, and noticed the smallest detail no one else did (a singular broken pin in a connector) that was repaired in the same trip so I could at least safely drive home. Not only did the professionals at this establishment have the expertise to diagnose and repair, they also had the dedication and attention down to the smallest detail that  enabled my vehicle to not only get back on the road, but maintained in a way that truly was preventative of further problems as well. When I went ahead to schedule a larger fix to the issue and have some other regular maintenance serviced, I was booked within a week and a half! With all that was done to my car, I could not have asked for a more affordable, genuine company to take care of me. Once repair day came I waited for my vehicle after work - it took no more than an hour and a half! Extremely impressed and no matter your distance, I would recommend Tom's Auto Clinic to anyone needing to identify or fix their car issues!!
